MATT ARMSTRONG is the founder of Armstrong Development Group. As a seasoned executive who has a diverse background in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Armstrong has served in several corporate rolls and a series of escalating positions with Liberty Media culminating as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Ascent Media, a roll-up of entertainment service companies that he helped build form 1 small post production services company to over 60 combined companies. Armstrong responsibilities spanned North America, Asia Pacific and Europe and the clients he acquired there included some of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies including Discovery Networks, MTV/Nickelodeon, Sony Pictures Television, A&E Networks and Disney/ABC. He is a graduate of St Lawrence University with a degree in business and Economics and an MBA from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
RUDY M. BESERRA is the Vice President of Latin Affairs at The Coca-Cola Company. He was previously the Chairman of the Mexican American Business Chamber as well as the Chairman of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. He also served in the Reagan White House in the Office of Public Liaison and was New Mexico’s youngest state official at age 25 when he served as the Director of the Office of Civil Rights. He is a Board member of the Mexican American Business Chamber, the Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials, the League of United Latin American Citizens, The NALEO Educational Fund, the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, and the National Association of Latino Independent Producers. He is a graduate of the University of New Mexico.
BETH BROOKE is the Global Vice Chairman of Ernst & Young LLP in charge of strategy, communications and regulatory affairs. She previously headed the firm’s tax advisory division in Washington, D.C. and has served some of the firm’s largest clients in health care, insurance, and the financial services industry. She also served in the Treasury Department in President Bill Clinton’s administration. She currently serves as a Board member of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce, The White House Project, TechnoServe, Inc., the Partnership for Public Service, and the Atlantic Council of the United States. She is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Management and Computer Science.
CRUZ BUSTAMANTE is the Chairman of Bustamante & Associates, a business and government consulting firm in Sacramento, California. Previously, he served as the Lieutenant Governor of the State of California and was a member of the National Lieutenant Governors Association. Prior to that period, he served for 14 years in the State Assembly in the California Legislature and was a Staff member to the Assembly for 19 years prior to running for elected office. He has a B.A. in Public Administration and Ethnic Studies from California State University-Fresno, an Honorary Doctorate of Law from the Whittier School of Law, and an Honorary Doctorate of Law from the Western School of Law.
GARY B. COHEN is the Managing Partner of CO2 Partners, a management consulting firm, as well as an author. Previously, he was an entrepreneur and built ACI Telecentrics, Inc. into the 25th largest call center outsourcer in the United States. He has been a Board member of 9 different corporations ranging from non-profit organizations to financial institutions and was named one of the “40 Under 40” award winners by Minneapolis’ “City Business” publication. He has participated in leadership programs at the Covey Leadership Center, Disney University, and at the Aspen Institute as a Henry Crown Fellow. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and attended Harvard Business School.
